Classic Cold Brew Coffee:

The cold brewing style of coffee comes once from the innovators in Japanaround the 1600’s, and was called “Kyoto-Style” for its popularity inthe city of Kyoto, Japan. Originally produced in drip tower setups, today is is produced by soaking grounds to

create coffee that is lessacidic than hot drinks.

Recommended grind: Coarse

  1. Add 4 oz of coffee grounds to a 1 quart container.
  2. Soak the grounds with 3 1/2 cups of cold water for approximately 18-24 hours at room temperature.
  3. Strain the finished brew through a filter.
  4. This creates a concentrate, we recommend serving 1 part concentrate to 2-3 parts water.
