What is Passport Coffee Shop? Passport Coffee Shop is a specialty coffee and tea our outlet in located inside our warehouse and roasting facility. We are dedicated to providing high-quality products for both home baristas and professionals. Our mission is to support your passion for coffee and tea by offering exceptional products, educational resources, and excellent customer service.

What is your shipping policy? We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Can I return or exchange items?  see policy HERE. Yes, we have a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt for assistance.

Do we ship to Alaska or Hawaii? Currently, we do not ship to Hawaii and Alaska.

What Shop Pay Is
Shop Pay is Shopify’s secure checkout system. I’s essentially Shopify’s “one-click” payment option, designed to make checkout faster and safer for customers who shop on any store that uses Shopify.

How It Works

  • Storing Information Securely- When a customer chooses Shop Pay at checkout and opts to save their information, their name, email, shipping address, payment card, and phone number are stored securely by Shopify.Shopify encrypts and tokenizes this data—meaning the actual credit card number is never shown to merchants (including you) and is protected under PCI DSS compliance (the highest standard for payment security).
  • Reusing Information Across Shopify Stores  If that customer shops again on any other Shopify-powered store that offers Shop Pay, their stored information can be auto-filled for a quicker checkout.
    This is why your customer may have thought another store had their information—it’s not the other store saving it, it’s Shop Pay recognizing them across the Shopify network.
  • Customer Control- Customers can always manage or delete their saved info by going to https://shop.app/pay.
  • Nothing is stored directly on your store’s servers—it’s all managed through Shopify’s secure system.

Why Shopify Uses Shop Pay

  • Faster Checkout: It reduces friction and cart abandonment since customers don’t have to re-enter details.
  • Higher Security: Data isn’t stored by each merchant but by Shopify, which invests heavily in security.
  • Consistency: Customers get the same fast, familiar checkout experience across all Shopify stores.
  •  In short: The customer’s info isn’t being shared with another store. It’s securely stored by Shopify, and Shop Pay auto-fills it when they shop on any Shopify site. That’s by design, so they don’t have to re-enter their information every time.
