We ship using USPS and Fed Ex. Shipping addresses are created by you and the responsibility for the correct address is up to you. If your item for reasons outside our control is lost in shipping please let us know as soon as possible.

Reshipping an item:  Incorrect address-  If an item need to be reshipped due to an incorrect address, reasons not due to our error charges will apply. There are certain situations where only partial refunds maybe granted. No more than a 40% discount will be applied to your order and additional shipping charges will apply. To return your product, you should mail or bring in your product to: 7585 E Gray Road Scottsdale Arizona US 85260 . If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
