How Our Subscription Works
How to Set Up & Manage Your Coffee/Tea Subscription
At Passport Coffee Shop, we make it easy to have your favorite fresh-roasted coffees and handcrafted teas delivered right to your door — on your schedule. Our subscription service is powered by the Seal Subscriptions app.
1. Start Your Subscription

Find Your Product
Browse our shop and click on the coffee, tea, or other product you want. -
Choose “Subscribe & Save”
On the product page, select the Subscribe & Save option instead of “One-Time Purchase.” The more frequent the order the more you save. -
Pick Your Delivery Frequency
Choose how often you want to receive it (e.g., every 1, 2, 4, or 8 weeks etc). -
Add to Cart
Once you’ve chosen your schedule, click Add Subscription to Cart. -
Checkout
Complete your purchase like normal. Your subscription will now automatically send your order at your chosen interval.
2. Manage Your Subscription
After your first order, you can easily make changes anytime.

Log In to Your Account

Go to passportcoffeeshop.com

Click Log In in the top right corner and enter your account email & password.

Go to “Manage Subscription”
Once logged in, click the Manage Subscription link from your account dashboard. -
Make Adjustments
In your subscription portal, you can:-
Change your delivery frequency

Skip a shipment
-
Swap products (e.g., try a new coffee blend)

Update your shipping address or payment method
-
Cancel your subscription at any time
-
3. Skipping or Rescheduling a Delivery

If you’ll be away or still have coffee left, click Skip for your next shipment.

You can also choose a new delivery date if you want it earlier or later than scheduled.
4. Updating Payment or Shipping Info

Click Edit in the payment or shipping section of your subscription portal.

Enter your updated info and Save Changes — future shipments will use the new details.
5. Canceling Your Subscription
We’ll be sad to see you go, but you can cancel anytime:

Go to Manage Subscription → Cancel Subscription → confirm.

You’ll still receive any shipments already charged before the cancellation.
Tip: You’ll get an email reminder before each subscription order renews — so you always have time to adjust your delivery.
