Formosa Oolong Tea, often hailed as the champagne of teas from Taiwan, offers a refined and complex flavor profile prized by tea connoisseurs.

Flavor Profile:
* Partially fermented oolong leaves: create a balanced profile between green and black tea characteristics
* Nutty notes: add subtle warmth and depth to the aroma
* Toasty undertones: impart a gentle roasted flavor without heaviness
Brewing Recommendations:
* Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 6–8 oz of water
* Steep at 190–200°F (88–93°C) for 3–5 minutes
Usage:
* Ideal for mindful, slow sipping to appreciate complexity
* Pairs well with light snacks, mild cheeses, or nuts
Hot Brewing method: Start with 10 oz of fresh water. Use tea portions and brewing temperatures below.
Black Teas:
- Amount - 1 teaspoon
- Temperature- 200 - 212 F

Iced Tea - Double the amount of tea using the chart above. After brewing hot tea, immediately pour over a glass of ice. Add more ice if needed.
Storage - The best way to store tea is at room temperature in an airtight tea
