Flavor Profile:
* Japanese Sencha green tea: rich, grassy, subtly sweet, delicate umami depth, smooth, clean finish.
Brewing Recommendations:
* Water temperature: 70–80°C (158–176°F)
* Tea quantity: 1 tsp (2g) per 6–8 oz cup
* Steeping time: 1–2 minutes
Usage:

* Japanese tea ceremonies, serving discerning tea drinkers, pairing with light fare such as sushi, and pairing with simple sweets like mochi or wagashi.
Hot Brewing method: Start with 10 oz of fresh water. Use tea portions and brewing temperatures below

- Temperature- 170-180 F
- Time - 2-3 min.
Iced Tea - Double the amount of tea using the chart above. After brewing hot tea, immediately pour it over a glass of ice. Add more ice if needed.
Storage - The best way to store tea is at room temperature in an airtight tea canister. Keep tea away from heat, light, air, and moisture.
