Lungching Green Tea (Dragonwell)

Lungching aka Dragon Well is perhaps the best known of the Chinese teas. This famous tea comes from the Hangzhou region in Zhejiang province.

Brewing Recommendations:

* Water temperature: Below 90°C (190°F)

* Tea quantity: 1 tsp (2g) per 6–8 oz cup

* Steeping time: 2–2.5 minutes

* Ideal for traditional Chinese tea ceremonies, daily refreshment, pairing with light snacks or dim sum, and serving guests seeking classic green tea flavors

Hot Brewing method: Start with 10 oz of fresh water. Use tea portions and brewing temperatures below

• Green Teas 
• Amount - 1 - 2  teaspoon
• Temperature- 170-180 F
• Time - 2-3  min.                    

Iced Tea - Double the amount of tea using the chart above. After brewing hot tea, immediately pour over a glass of ice. Add more ice if needed.                       

Storage - The best way to store tea is at room temperature in an airtight tea canister. Keep tea away from heat, light, air, and moisture.
