Hot Brewing method: Start with 10 oz of fresh water. Use tea portions and brewing temperatures below

- Amount - 1 - 2 teaspoon
- Temperature- 170-180 F
- Time - 2-3 min.
Iced Tea - Double the amount of tea using the chart above. After brewing hot tea, immediately pour over a glass of ice. Add more ice if needed.
Storage - The best way to store tea is at room temperature in an airtight tea canister. Keep tea away from heat, light, air, and moisture.

I bought a variety of teas and went through this one way quicker than the rest. It’s literally perfect and if I had to drink one tea for the rest of my life it would probably be this one (or the true food tea bc let’s be honest that one slaps too!)
This tea has an off taste. I’m familiar with Sencha teas so its grassy notes are not what I’m talking about. There is no flavor of blueberries. My local tea shop was sold & this had been my favorite tea. Unfortunately I bought a pound assuming it was the tea . The owner had indicated she’d bought it from this source. Not sure what they use to “flavor” teas but to my taste buds it’s not at all blueberry.
