Butterfly Lavender Green Tea is a carefully crafted blend combining butterfly pea flower, Sencha green tea, and lavender flower to create a uniquely floral and aromatic experience.
Flavor Profile:
*Sencha green tea: Provides a smooth, grassy, slightly umami foundation
*Butterfly pea flower: Adds a vibrant blue color and subtle earthiness
*Lavender flower: Imparts a gentle floral aroma and soothing taste
Hot Brewing method: Start with 10 oz of fresh water. Use tea portions and brewing temperatures below
- Green Teas
- Amount - 1 - 2 teaspoon
- Temperature- 170-180 F
- Time - 2-3 min.
Iced Tea - Double the amount of tea using the chart above. After brewing hot tea, immediately pour over a glass of ice. Add more ice if needed.
Storage - The best way to store tea is at room temperature in an airtight tea canister. Keep tea away from heat, light, air, and moisture.

The tea is amazing, and I love the colors, depending on how long I steep it.
This tea is perfect for making Lavender syrup; which I make and use at my bar to create a Lavender Lemondrop cocktail as well as other N/A beverages. The color and flavor is exceptional. Passport tea is second to none, will be ordering some new things to try soon!
This tea is stunning on its own, for sure. But my main use for it is to create a honey-lavender syrup for my coffee. This tea mixed with local honey is one of my all time favorite syrups. 10/10, phenomenal tea.
