Flavor Profile:
* Darjeeling black tea: offers a delicate yet brisk body with a refined, layered taste

Brewing Recommendations:
* Use 1 teaspoon of tea per 8 oz of water
* Steep at 190–200°F (88–93°C) for 3–4 minutes
Usage:
* Best enjoyed plain to appreciate its complex aroma and subtle fruit notes
* Pairs well with light tea cakes, scones, or mild cheeses
Hot Brewing method: Start with 10 oz of fresh water. Use tea portions and brewing temperatures below.
Black Teas:

- Temperature- 200 - 212 F

Iced Tea - Double the amount of tea using the chart above. After brewing hot tea, immediately pour over a glass of ice. Add more ice if needed.
Storage - The best way to store tea is at room temperature in an airtight tea container.
