This dark roast blend has been approved by the renowned Judy Brecheisen, and is aptly named after the family's mother. Trust in Judy's expertise - it's a truly superb cup of coffee! Blend notes: A carefully balanced mixture of medium Sumatra, dark Italian Roast, and light Ethiopian beans adds flavor variety to this blend's profile. The combination of chocolate, mild spice, and citrus elements creates a complex and distinctive taste.

Not enjoyable. Bitter.
Great balanced flavor, this to me is coffee in general should taste like has good medium flavor. Not lightly flavored like 100 percent Kona nor heavy like French roast right in the middle.
This is based on using a French press technique and fine grind with homemade almond milk from a vitaminix for my coffee.
