Portofino Espresso is the office favorite. I tried the Honduras blend this morning and it was also very good.
A customer of Passport for 9 years I've been using their Portifino espresso blend for a daily shot. Passport is also where I get beans for our morning coffee. Living in Northern Arizona I purchase online and receive the orders within a few days.
So rich & flavorful! Love it!
I LOVE the Portofino Espresso. It is HANDS DOWN my favorite espresso of all time. It's robust and delicious and has a good intense 'coffee' flavor which I crave. However, I'm not sure if I got an incorrectly labeled bag, or a different kind of bean, but 1 of my bags was extremely fruity and floral tasting this go around. Normally, the Portofino is easily a 5/5 but had to lower it a bit this time. Hoping it was just a one off.

I’ve tried I don’t know how many different espresso roasts, trying to find the flavor I like best. From well known brands to online roasters to local roasters in my state. Some were decent but it wasn’t quite what I was looking for. Some would taste good in a latte but not good as an americano. Others were opposite.
I can say that the Portifino roast is exceptional at both. The flavor is excellent and has mild notes that you can enjoy without overpowering the solid coffee flavor. Very smooth.
Went to a small coffee shop in southern Utah and after tasting their coffee, they gave me the name of Passport Coffee out of Scottsdale, AZ. I happen to be in the area a week later and visited their store. Very friendly staff and helpful getting me the roast I was looking for. I’m sure my search for the perfect roast, at least for what I was looking for, is over.
