Santa Rosa Espresso, known for its full-bodied, creamy crema, was inspired by the beloved light-medium roast espresso from Northern Italy. This blend presents the classic, vibrant taste of traditional Italian espresso.
Coffee Profile: Brazil coffee provides the acidity that brightens this espresso. The addition of Ethiopian adds sweetness, and depth. The result is a perfectly smooth and rich espresso!

I'm not a coffee drinker but my wife is. I sampled a cup before I bought it and it may have turned me into a coffee drinker.
The light roast provides such a great flavor profile, tasting notes are accurate but I will add that the 'bright' acidity in the description might be a bit misleading... as another reviewer said there is a tiny hit of caramel. It is very smooth and easy on the palette!
It's becoming my favorite, I love the subtle flavors.
When you have the Santa Rosa espresso dialed in it had wonderful caramel notes with minimal bitterness. Just lovely!
